J Man U Can offers holistic, sustainable, and customized online fitness coaching to help you reach the next goal on your fitness journey, whatever that may be. We can help with a variety of goals and needs, including:
General Fitness
- Feeling more comfortable in your body and in your environment
- Having a better, more consistent relationship with fitness and nutrition
- Wanting to look like the best version of yourself but not necessarily having defined exactly who that is
- Wanting more energy and vitality throughout the day
- Having more control over your body’s ability to move and interact with its environment (posturally or proprioceptively)
PErformance
- Building muscular strength (ex: powerlifting, resistance training)
- Building cardiovascular endurance (ex: running, cycling, swimming, hiking)
- Specific sports performance (ex: basketball, baseball, rock climbing, wrestling)
- Work specific performance (ex: strength for physically demanding jobs, ability to pass fitness tests)
- Calisthenics (ex: hand balancing, gymnastics movements)

what to expect
Once signed up, each client will get an experience completely tailored to them to help meet their needs. While every client’s experience will be their own with Coach, each J Man U Can client can expect at a minimum the following:
Initial Assessment
Individualized 60-minute virtual initial assessment of lifestyle, fitness goals, and movement patterns (mobility assessment)
goal-centric Programs
Custom fitness program every month (updated weekly, as needed) designed to meet client’s goals, including custom workouts with exercise selection specific to client’s goals, available equipment, injury history, and enjoyment
Regular Check-ins
Regularly scheduled video chat check-ins every other week to assess progress and adjust program based on needs
Mobile App Tracking
Access to the J Man U Can fitness app to view custom program, exercise videos, goals, and track/view progress
Program Support
Email and in-app messaging program support with 24-hour response time on weekdays, and 48-hour response time on weekends
Educational Content
Client led Q&A and/or Coach led educational component during each check-in

Commitment Pricing
Since the 1-on-1 coaching offered is completely customized to the individual, every person that signs up for online coaching gets the same level of service from Coach: all-in. That being said the secret to success with any fitness goal is commitment and consistency, so the more you commit to yourself, the more we want to reward you. The subscription pricing model is built around that mentality with a minimum commitment package of one month being the top end price per month with the most flexibility, our three month commitment package being the least expensive but most commitment, and the two month commitment being the sweet spot where you get the best of savings and flexibility in your commitment.
